Founded in 1833 just north of Glasgow, Glengoyne sits directly on the “Highland Line”—its stills are located in the Highlands, while its warehouses for maturation lie in the Lowlands. The distillery avoids peat entirely and runs one of the slowest distillations in Scotland, encouraging longer copper contact and a lighter, fruit-forward spirit.
