M&H Whisky Distillery is a whisky distillery based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is regarded as the country’s first commercial whisky producer. It produces single malt whisky on site, with maturation influenced by the local Mediterranean climate. The distillery works with a range of cask types and releases its whisky primarily under the Milk & Honey name. M&H also engages in collaborative projects with international figures from the whisky industry.
