The Dublin Liberties Distillery was opened in 2019 in a beautifully renovated 400-year-old mill building in the heart of the Liberties area of Dublin once famous for its distilling industry and now in a full revival with 4 distilleries in close proximity. They are distilling single malt whiskey under the watchful eye of Daryl McNally – ex-Bushmills head distiller.
